ORDERS & AVAILABILITY:
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3- 5 business days.
In case of any delay from our side we will notify you.
In case some item is out of stock after the order was made we will contact you and offer you a refund or replacement.


REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES:
No refunds are accepted!
We are a DIY band and we can not afford unnecessary refunds or returns, so we recommend you to please make sure you really want to buy the items we sell. If you are not sure, we recommend you to not purchase anything from us.
If you order from us and demand a refund it will not be accepted. Please don't waste our time.

Returns and Exchanges will only be possible if you received the wrong item, wrong size, or if you receive an item that was damaged during transit or from the fabric. Then we will reship your order at no cost to you. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item. All reshipment requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days. 
For this to happen you need to send us an email as soon as you get the order, including all necessary evidence of the problem, pictures, detailed description etc.

Standard (traceable) – Recommended for countries outside EU.

Registered shipment (traceable with a few exceptions ) – Recommended for countries outside EU.
